Have to. Are you doing things out of guilt or obligation?
How often do you find yourself doing something you do not really want to do – but are doing out of guilt or obligation?
Those ‘Have’ to do or ‘Should’ do items are not bringing any joy, passion or happiness into our lives so why do we continue to do them or feel guilty when we do not or say we won’t?
It is time to really think about what you are doing and why. Bring the passion into the things you do and learn that saying “No” to the things that are obligation will help you in the end. We always have a choice – make the choice to regain control of the activities you spend your time doing.
