Compassion How often do you show compassion for others? It’s easy to be judgemental, putting our values and beliefs onto others, but what about thinking about them differently? Without the preconceived ideas. With a clean slate. Show compassion to others unconditionally and contribute towards a better world.
Be Content Take a moment to be content. Look at the things you have. Not necessarily the materials things but your relationships, your skills, your talents, the things that make you happy. Appreciate them for what they are. Take a moment to be content with what we have instead of searching for something else.

Why???? Do you ask Why???? Do you question things? Do you have a sense of curiosity? Do you wonder why things are the way they are? I challenge you to ask Why???? more often. Find out why things are the way they are. You never know what you might learn.
Taking Responsibility Are you taking responsibility for the things that happen in your life? Your actions, your thoughts, your reactions. You make the decisions about how you respond to things and what actions you take. Have a think about how you respond to things and whether you need to start taking responsibility in your life.
Listening How many times do you communicate well just by listening? Often we aren’t really present in the moment and listening to the person we are with. Next time you are with someone, check to see if you are actually listening and be present with the conversation.
Health and Vitality Are you looking after your health, vitality and energy? Make sure you are eating, drinking, exercising and sleeping properly to maintain your health and energy levels so that you can also maintain a healthy mindset.
Being grateful for the things we do have is much more important than wondering about the things we don’t have. Show gratitude for the things that you do have in your life – family, friends, places, the big things in your life, the little things and whatever has brought you to where you are today.
